This project consists in designing and implementing a joint international master\u2019s program on agro-food technology and quality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Participants in this virtual meeting, taking place February 10 and 11, include faculty from the UMH Master&#8217;s in Agro-Food Technology and Quality program, in addition to representatives from the Vice Rectorate for International Relations, the services of Academic Management, Technological Innovation and Planning, and International Relations. The welcome was provided by the master\u2019s coordinator, Pedro Zapata, the director of the School of Engineering of Orihuela, Ricardo Abad\u00eda, and the Vice Rector for International Relations, Vicente Micol, the latter of which was charged with officially opening this event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the first day, representatives from both universities reviewed the work done so far, finalized the program curriculum, and prepared the profile for its future graduates. Topics planned for the second day include issues such as its academic calendar, the joint degree agreement, and plans for promoting the program. Furthermore, both institutions aim to share their experiences on teaching and virtual teaching methods.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This project is funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange through European funds that are part of the KATAMARAN program, whose objective is to support Polish higher education institutions in the implementation of international study plans for joint second-cycle studies and to increase mobility for students and academics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This joint international master aims to launch for the 2022\/23 academic year.
