\"Dise\u00f1oThe Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche (UMH) has hereby published the second call for Erasmus+ Traineeships for the 2021-2022 school year. This financial aid assists students enrolled in official programs at the UMH to undergo traineeships at any organization, whether public or private, within the participating countries. Applications and all required documentation must be submitted electronically via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE. When the application process is complete, applicants click tramitar solicitud<\/em>, and then they submit the required documents electronically.<\/p>\n

The conditions for this call, awarding criteria, and application procedure are available for consultation at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The resolution for this call, as published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, may be consulted here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The duration of the traineeships per educational level (there are three levels: bachelor, master, and doctorate) must be longer than 2 months but may not exceed 12 months, and in any case, the traineeships must conclude on or before September 30, 2022. Applications are submitted electronically, via each student\u2019s personalized access (done so via this route: Aplicaciones\/Programas <\/em>from Intercambio\/movilidad internacional <\/em>from estudiantes, <\/em>selecting the option, Erasmus+ Pr\u00e1cticas<\/em>).<\/p>\n

When the application is complete, a PDF is generated (which is the application itself), which must then be signed before being formalized by clicking tramitar solicitud<\/em>. After completing these steps, the application is registered.<\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting application is February 8, 2022.<\/p>\n

Required documentation includes the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Signed application (after completing this process electronically, the student must download the PDF and sign it).<\/li>\n
  2. Letter of acceptance by the company\/firm\/organization.<\/li>\n
  3. Copy of Spanish National ID Card (DNI), passport, or residency permit.<\/li>\n
  4. Copy of academic transcript (non-official variety).<\/li>\n
  5. Curriculum Vitae.<\/li>\n
  6. Copy of certificate or document accrediting knowledge of languages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    7. Learning Agreement for Traineeship (301Kb Ingl\u00e9s .docx)<\/a> <\/strong>duly signed by the applicant and the hosting company\/firm\/organization. See Anexo II.<\/p>\n
