\"\"<\/a><\/span>The registration period for the second edition of Basic Training on Volunteering is now open. This edition is being given online over three days, April 11, 12, and 13, 2022, by the Area of Development Cooperation and Volunteerism at the Vice Rectorate for International Relations of the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche (UMH).<\/p>\n

This training teaches what volunteering entails, highlights areas where people may volunteer, makes sense of the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals from the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, and details the rights and responsibilities of volunteers.<\/p>\n

This course is 15 hours in length. Of these, 7 are online hours of lecture; the remaining 8 are comprised of practical tasks.<\/p>\n

The registration period is now open, and people may sign up through April 5. This training is free of charge, and individuals who complete it may receive transversal credits. For further information and to register for this training, click this Basic Training on Volunteering<\/a> link.<\/p>\n

This training forms part of the UMH Program of University Development Cooperation that is funded by the Directorate General of International Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Participation, Transparency, Cooperation and Democratic Quality of the Generalitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n
