<\/a><\/span>The registration period for the 2024 University of the Fall is now open. This event, taking place Thursday and Friday, November 14 & 15, 2024, at the Technical University of Valencia (UPV), is attracting experts and professionals from the areas of cooperation, sustainability, and human well-being.<\/p>\nThe University of the Fall is an interuniversity meeting organized by the five public universities from the Valencian Community. The theme for the upcoming event is \u201cBridges Toward Global Equity: Sustainable Development and Human Well-being\u201d and the sessions therein aim to exchange experiences and knowledge on topics related to inclusive and sustainable well-being, emphasizing relevant aspects in the realm of development cooperation on national autonomous Valencian Community levels. Valencian-level cooperation will reflect on university participation as a main actor that decisively fosters sustainability in development processes, as well as actions completed by the main actors that are participating.<\/p>\n
The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation is covering the expenses for registration, travel to and from the event, plus those related to accommodations for university community members* who are interested in attending. Those who are interested in attending must complete the attached application form by October 30, 2024.<\/p>\n
APPLICATION FORM<\/a><\/p>\n *Associated event expenses will be covered for up to 20 people, and based on the order that they register with the application form.<\/p>\n Registration for the event includes meals for those people attending.<\/p>\n Undergraduate students attending this event will receive 0.5 transversal competency credits provided they attend at least 75% of this event.<\/p>\n
