Favaro-Trindade and Marco Antonio Trindade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Likewise, during this visit, associate professor of S\u00e3o Paulo, Carmen S. Favaro-Trindade, along with CIAGRO investigator, Raquel Lucas Gonz\u00e1lez, gave a theoretical and practical seminar on encapsulation as a tool for producing functional foods. This seminar was put together by the UMH Doctoral Program in Agricultural, Agro-Environmental and Food Resources and Technologies.
