This project, funded by Erasmus+, consists of two such stays, one in <a href=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/en\/2017\/09\/05\/la-umh-participa-en-un-proyecto-para-concienciar-sobre-el-cambio-climatico\/\">Karnitz<\/a> (Germany) and another in Santiago de Chile and La Ligua (also in Chile), as well as an online portion, wherein the participants continue working.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5588\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-01-21-at-02.22.45-1.jpeg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5588\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5588\" src=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-01-21-at-02.22.45-1-300x168.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-01-21-at-02.22.45-1-300x168.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-01-21-at-02.22.45-1-768x431.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-01-21-at-02.22.45-1-1024x574.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-01-21-at-02.22.45-1.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-5588\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The international group from the Travel Transformation project along with instructors and participants from the International Summer Diploma at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.academia.cl\/\">Academy of Christian Humanism University<\/a> (Santiago, Chile).<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Travel Transformation goal is to bring together sustainable development, the realities of climate change, and achieve the UN\u2019s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to young people everywhere through communication. To accomplish this, a group of participants from six different countries (Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, Greece, Germany, and Spain) work together in workshops that produce products in various formats, such as audiovisual elements, radio broadcasts, advertisements, paintings, photographs, television shows, animations, etc., all under the coordination of professionals on the subject matter.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\"  style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto;\"  id=\"_ytid_64868\"  width=\"480\" height=\"270\"  data-origwidth=\"480\" data-origheight=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cLbv87ZSuZg?enablejsapi=1&#038;autoplay=0&#038;cc_load_policy=0&#038;cc_lang_pref=&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;loop=0&#038;modestbranding=0&#038;rel=1&#038;fs=1&#038;playsinline=0&#038;autohide=2&#038;theme=dark&#038;color=red&#038;controls=1&#038;\" class=\"__youtube_prefs__  epyt-is-override  no-lazyload\" title=\"YouTube player\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen data-no-lazy=\"1\" data-skipgform_ajax_framebjll=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Furthermore, the youngsters attended lectures by sustainable development researchers and activists that form part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/diplomadointernacionaldeverano.wordpress.com\/\">Summer International Diploma to Raise Awareness about Sustainability and the Culture of Sustainable Change<\/a> held at the Academy of Christian Humanism University, and this methodology was equally employed by the instructors during the stay in Germany. Their first days in Chile were characterized by fieldwork carried out by the international group under the coordination of the consulting team at <a href=\"https:\/\/transformaschileblog.wordpress.com\/2018\/02\/01\/transformar-el-mundo-desde-la-ligua\/\">Transformas Chile<\/a>. There, <a href=\"https:\/\/transformaschileblog.wordpress.com\/2018\/02\/01\/transformar-el-mundo-desde-la-ligua\/\">the students resided in a rural area and took various trips<\/a> to see firsthand and internalize that country\u2019s socio-environmental realities.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5591\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/foto-museo-ligua-travel-transformation.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5591\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-5591 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/foto-museo-ligua-travel-transformation-300x198.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/foto-museo-ligua-travel-transformation-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/foto-museo-ligua-travel-transformation-768x508.jpg 768w, https:\/\/internacional.umh.es\/files\/2018\/02\/foto-museo-ligua-travel-transformation.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-5591\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Participants from the Travel Transformation project during their visit to the La Ligua museum.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Throughout upcoming months, the international participants will continue working on the Travel Transformation project by organizing activities within their own surroundings. The products developed in Chile, which include various audiovisuals, radio spots, and an animation, will soon be available on the <a href=\"http:\/\/veltransform.kmgne.de\/\">platform<\/a> that <strong>Kolleg KMGNE&nbsp;<\/strong>(the project\u2019s coordinating institution) is currently developing.
