THE VICE RECTORATE FOR INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS PUBLISHES THE THIRD ISSUE OF GLOBAL UMH

The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) has published the third issue of Global UMH magazine. This periodical reports on notable international activity going on at the UMH in both paper and digital versions, and is available free of charge from any device here. Global UMH is published in English and Spanish and serves as a letter of presentation for the UMH.

This issue coincides with the 20th anniversary of the UMH and the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus program. Its opening story talks about the beginnings of the Office of International Relations, and how both it and mobility from the Erasmus+ program have evolved since then. Other stories cover the Capacities 4 Climate Change project (C4CC) to raise awareness about climate change, the inauguration of the Nemba lunchroom in Rwanda, an initiative of solidarity by two engineering students who crossed parts of the Sahara Desert in an early model automobile, in addition to the exhibition by photojournalist José Pedro Martínez that the UMH hosted, which has been extended and will be displayed at the upcoming fourth Ryszard Kapuscinski International Seminar.
