The documentation to submit includes the following:

1. Completed application form over the UMH Electronic Office.
2. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
3. Invitation letter from destination institution. Any document is accepted, either a hard copy as well as electronic, provided it is signed by the authorizing person and makes express reference to the applicant and the proposed training activity and the mobility dates.
4. Mobility agreement from Anexo III, completed and signed by the applicant and also by the individual responsible from the university department, service, or unit (the signature from the hosting organization is not required when submitting the application).
5. Certificate of knowledge of languages.
