Erasmus+ Traineeships

The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the call for short and long Erasmus+ traineeships for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students during the 2026 – 2027 school year.

The traineeships may begin upon notification of the resolution of the call and they must finish, at the latest, by July 31, 2027.
Length of traineeships:
- Long traineeship: minimum of 2 months and at most 12 months per cycle (cycle, as understood as cycle of study: undergraduate, master, and doctorate).
- Short traineeship (only for doctoral students): minimum of five days and maximum of 30 days (not including travel times).
The period for submitting applications is open and shall remain so through May 29, 2026.
Applications are completed electronically (online) via the Electronic Office of students (solicitud).
The length of the traineeships may not be shorter than 2 months and not longer than 12 months per cycle of studies (understood as program cycles; i.e., bachelor, master, and doctorate) and these must finish at the latest on July 31, 2026.

The period for submitting applications is open December 17, 2025 thru January 20, 2026.
The required documentation includes the following:
- Signed application (once completed electronically, the student must download it in PDF form and sign it).
- Acceptance letter by the hosting institution.
- Copy of National ID Card, passport, and/or residency permit.
- Copy of personal academic transcript (without academic validity).
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of the certificate or document accrediting knowledge of languages.
- Learning Agreement for Traineeships signed by the applicant and the hosting institution:
- Credential of having been a MEC intern during the 2024-2025, if applicable.
- Affidavit or Responsible Declaration stating that you are not involved in any circumstance that might prevent you from being considered a beneficiary.
