On Tuesday, February 15, UMH professors Luis Francisco Brotons Muró and Carmen Victoria Escolano Asensi took part in an online activity to promote the Economic impact of a business park in the Cuban region of Holguín project along with the managing agents of the Parque de Holguín. Others in attendance included staff from the University of Holguín, members of the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment, the Cuban Ministry of Industry, and other Cuban business people. The project, which is funded by the Generalitat Valenciana, was one of those selected in the call announced by the UMH for international research to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals from the Agenda 2030 of the United Nations.
