More than 500 students express interest in UMH during ‘Study in Spain’ fair in Morocco
17 February 2025
The Miguel Hernández University of Elche, through Deputy Vice Rector for Internationalization, Alberto Rodriguez, was a participant at the ninth edition of the ‘Study in Spain’ fair that was held in Morocco on February 13. At that event, over 500 students expressed their interest in the academics offered by the UMH.
This event in Tangier was organized by the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE) to promote the Spanish higher education system and recruit international students to enroll in undergraduate programs at universities in Spain for which the demand by current students is low, and therefore, spaces remain vacant.
Not only striving to increase the numbers of Moroccan and international students at Spanish universities, thereby contributing to the internationalization of education and fostering cultural exchanges, these fairs also inform and guide students who attend them, helping them to make more informed decisions about their academic futures.
