(February 21, 2024) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of aid allocated from the second call for financial aid for student participants in the Erasmus+ international mobility program for study stays during the 2023/2024 school year.

Individuals interested in filing claims have through March 4, 2024 to do so via the UMH Electronic Office with the following steps:

1. Access the My Paperwork/Mis Tramites section of the ELECTRONIC OFFICE at universite.umh.es/MisTramites
2. Enter your UMH username and password.
3. Access the expedientes section.
4. Select the open record related to the call for Erasmus places, click detalle and choose the subsanar/otros trámites option.
5. Complete the expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición section.
6. Attach any files as needed.
7. Click Presentar en Registro.

(March 9, 2023) The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the list of assigned places from the Erasmus+ call for study stays during the 2023/2024 school year, the procedure for the movement of lists, and the upcoming auction of Erasmus+ places. Students who are beneficiaries of an Erasmus+ place must submit their acceptance or rejection of said assigned place during the period from March 9 – 16, 2023, via the Electronic Office.

If no acceptance or rejection is received during said period, it will be assumed that the student has rejected said place (anexo III).

• Established criteria for the movement of lists and auctions is indicated is indicated in the following annex IV
• The list of vacant places will be published shortly. 

The dates and times for movements of lists and auctions will be as follows:

IMPORTANT: In case the any interested individual cannot attend the movement of lists and/or the public auction of places, somebody else may take their place provided they present the corresponding authorization in addition to photocopies of the Spanish National ID Card of the person authorizes and also of the person who is authorized to do so.
