In-person Welcome Days: Learn better about the UMH and meet your future classmates

On February 6, 2026, beginning at 10 a.m. local Central European Time, the Service of International Relations and Cooperation is offering an in-person and face-to-face session of Welcome Days on the Elche Campus. This activity is for all Erasmus+, Destino, and SICUE students who are going to be studying at the UMH during Spring Semester 2026 so they can learn about the different facilities, installations, and services at the university available to them.

The event begins with registration, where students submit their documentation. This is followed by a presentation by various university services, including Sports, Libraries, Occupational Observatory, Languages, Culture, UMH Life, and the Erasmus Club, so that students learn better about the UMH in the most complete manner possible.

Then, there is a session for networking and a brunch, and this presents an opportunity for students to get to know one another better and to learn about new cultures.

All throughout this online event, which begins at 1 p.m. local time (Central European Time), students may resolve any administrative doubts/questions that they may have, as well as where they should register and what documentation they may still need to submit.

Furthermore, UMH staff from both the Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation in addition to the Service of International Relations and Cooperation are going to give presentations of the UMH, its four campuses, study programs offered, as well as various points of interest, etc.

This event is preceding the in-person session of Welcome Days, the latter of which is taking place February 6 on the Elche Campus at 10 a.m. local time.
