Erasmus KA131. International dimension for master’s and doctoral students

NEW (January 14, 2026) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of 2025-2026 Erasmus+ KA131 – international dimension for master’s and doctoral students.

Individuals interested in presenting claims or making corrections have through January 22, 2026. The steps to do just this are as follows:

  1. Log in to the section of mis trámites via the Electronic Office: universite.umh.es/MisTramites
  2. Enter your UMH student username and password.
  3. Go to the expedientes
  4. Select the open file related to this Erasmus place call, right click detalle, and choose the option, subsanar/otros trámites.
  5. Fill in the section, expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición.
  6. Attach any files if applicable.
  7. Click Presentar en Registro.

(November 24, 2025) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby announces the international dimension for action KA131 of the Erasmus+ international mobility program for master and doctoral students for the 2025-2026 school year.

This call aims to select students who are enrolled in either master’s or doctoral programs at the UMH to carry out academic stays at universities outside the European area, under inter-institutional exchange agreements signed as part of the Erasmus+ program between the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UM) and higher education institutions located in third countries not associated with the program.

The period for submitting applications is open November 28 – December 12, 2025.

Applications must be submitted, duly completed, via registration on the online form available on the Authenticated Access of each student. Submission via the electronic registry of the UMH is via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE, accessing the procedure found at the following link:

The following documents are required along with the application form:

  1. Letter of acceptance by the receiving organization.
  2. Copy of Spanish National ID Card, passport, or residence permit.
  3. Copy of personal academic transcript for assessment of Clause 8.
  4. Accreditation of pre-doctoral grants.
  5. Curriculum vitae.
  6. Copy of certificate or document accrediting knowledge of foreign languages.
  7. Accreditation of participation in Erasmus Buddy program, if applicable.
  8. Affidavit or Responsible Declaration stating that you are not involved in any circumstance that might prevent you from being considered a beneficiary. Click this link to download it here.
