THE UMH BECOMES AN EXAMINING CENTER FOR THE CCSE EXAMINATION (CONSTITUTIONAL AND SOCIOCULTURAL KNOWLEDGE OF SPAIN)
The Miguel Hernández University of Elche, through its Service of International Relations, Development Cooperation and Volunteerism, has become a new examining center for the CCSE Examination (Constitutional and Sociocultural Knowledge of Spain), directed at persons who wish to acquire Spanish citizenship.
The UMH’s objective for becoming an examining center, just as Inmaculada Blaya, director of the service, affirms, is “to collaborate with the Instituto Cervantes in its objective to facilitate and universalize access to the examinations that permit applying for Spanish citizenship. Passing the CCSE examination, as well as the A2 Level of the DELE examination (in cases where Spanish is not the applicant’s native language), is essential for adults who wish to acquire Spanish citizenship.
The first CCSE examination will be held at the Elche Campus on February 25, 2016. Interested persons may sign up for it before February 4 via the Instituto Cervantes, following registration on its web.
