The Blood Transfusion Center of the Generalitat Valenciana, in collaboration with the UMH Vice Rectorate for Institutional Relations through its Healthy UMH program, has organized a blood drive at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH). On November 6, the university community may donate blood on the Elche Campus in the Sala de Formación of the Rectorado & Consejo Social Building from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. as well as in the center hallways of the Altabix and Arenals buildings from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Then, on Wednesday, November 7, the blood drive continues, this time on the UMH Sant Joan d´Alacant Campus in the Balmis building, from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Volunteers are needed to collaborate in the blood drives on both days. The Area of Development Cooperation and Volunteerism of the Vice Rectorate for International Relations is requesting that persons interested in collaborating as volunteers register as such with this form: bit.ly/2zgWwRv.
