The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) has hereby published the second call from the Erasmus+ mobility program for Administrative & Services Personnel (PAS) to receive training (STT) during the 2021-22 school year. Individuals interested in applying for financial aid may do so via the ELECTRONIC ACCESS of the UMH (https://sede.umh.es), at the General Registry, and at the auxiliary registries of the university. The application period is open through March 4, 2022.

Stays for this call must take place until December 22, 2022.

• Anexo III: List of participating countries
• Anexo IV: Staff Mobility for Teaching

Required documentation includes the following:

1. Completed and signed application form.
2. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
3. Letter of Invitation from the hosting institution. Any kind of document, either electronic or paper, may be supplied as long as it is signed by the authorizing individual and it refers specifically to the applicant and the proposed training activity.
4. Mobility Agreement from Anexo IV, completed and signed by the applicant (a signature by the hosting institution is not required when submitting the application).

Steps to take when submitting the application via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE:

1. Click Tramitar.
2. Introduce the username and password of UMH employee.
3. Fill in any personal information that may be missing.
4. When the Instancia general from the Solicitud section loads, choose:
   1. From the Dirigido a field, the Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales, Cooperación al Desarrollo y Voluntariado.
   2. In the Expone-Solicita field, indicate Presento solicitud para participar en la 2ª convocatoria del Programa de Movilidad Erasmus+ modalidad formación.
5. Attach all required documents.
6. Click Presentar en Registro.
