UMH receives visit from a delegation from the National University of the Litoral in Argentina

The Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) has received representatives from the National University of the Litoral (UNL) of Argentina. This visit is taking place June 27 – 28, aiming to bring both institutions closer together, visiting UMH installations, and getting to know the departments of Legal Science and Economic & Financial Studies at the UMH.
On Monday, June 27, UMH Vice Rector for International Relations, Vicente Micol Molina, met with professor of private law and Secretary of Institutional Relations at the UNL Javier Francisco Aga; and professor of criminal law with criminal and electoral competencies of Paraná – Provincia de Entre Ríos, Leandro Damián Ríos. In this meeting, the figure of international educator on behalf of the UNL and the programs of Internationalization at Home PRODIC-UMH and Ibero-America Espejo on behalf of the UMH were featured. The possibilities for collaboration for implementing dual international programs between both institutions were also examined.
Others in attendance at the meeting included the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Elche, Carmen Victoria Escolano Asensi; Internationalization Director, José Manuel Blanes Martínez; Ibero-America Espejo Program Director, Joaquín Julián Pastor Pérez; Associate Dean of the Bachelor’s in Law, Alfonso Ortega Giménez; and Associate Dean of Coordination and Mobility, Rafael Doménech Sánchez.
Visits for the morning of June 28 include meetings with the faculty from the areas of Social and Legal Sciences and Financial Studies to present lines of research and collaboration possibilities between both institutions in this area. Then, they will visit the Crímina Center, where its director, Fernando Miró Llinares, presented the activities ongoing there and its lines of research.
