UMH to Celebrate Erasmus+ International Staff Week IV May 15 – 19
The Service of International Relations, Development Cooperation and Volunteerism at the Miguel Hernández (UMH) is hosting professors, administrative personal from various universities, in addition to researchers from the NeurotechEU group, from May 15 – 19. The Erasmus+ program aims to share and exchange information about the operations of different services, administrative units, and departments from universities.
During one work week, the UMH will highlight its university facilities and the operations of different organisms that comprise its university faculties. The participants from different universities will tour the Elche Campus, attend a welcome dinner serving typical tapas featuring Spanish gastronomy, they will visit Radio UMH, and participate in a program giving live interviews, and they will also get to see firsthand some of the history of Elche aboard the Trenet, the Elche tourist train.
The Erasmus+ program offers the opportunity to improve the internationalization of the UMH by promoting the capabilities of its faculty and university staff within the limits of the European Union, and to implement this, Staff Week participants will form groups, depending upon their department or service, to share work strategies and methodologies.
