Welcome to the eighth program from the ninth season of Global UMH. In it, we take stock of the 22nd edition of Global Action Week for Education, whose primary slogan is ‘hatred within the classroom,’ while we also address current topics for the Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the UMH.

To accomplish this, individuals joining us include a representative from the Entreculturas NGO, Miguel León; UMH Director of Development Cooperation and Volunteerism Juana Aznar; Councilperson of Cooperation at Elche City Hall, Celia Lastra; guidance counselors at Tirant Lo Blanch High School and Dama d´Elx Elementary School, Lucía & Saray, respectively; Sofía & Darina, two young people who for different reasons were forced to leave their country of birth, and therefore, their lives to search for a safe location to live their lives relatively normally; students from Tirant Lo Blanch High School, Sofía & Izan; students from Dama d´Elx Elementary School, Yago, Carmen & Ryan; in addition to students from Luis Vives Elementary School, Estrella & Fernando.
