Select group of Erasmus Mundus Master’s students, discovering Peru with Renato Gutarra, and chatting with NGO, Kasumai Elche
15 October 2025
In today’s program, the second from the eleventh season, we hear from a melting pot of voices on various topics that concern the Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the UMH. In it, we talk with Asia Fernández, Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master of Science in Skin Health and Care, in addition to two of its students, Carolina Cárdenas and Alma Olivares.
Furthermore, we review current events at the vice rectorate, wherein we debut a new radio segment: Lost in Translation. Here, we delve into a part of the world that is directly connected to the UMH, and always with a participant from the country in question. Today, this country is Peru, and for it, we talk with Renato Gutarra, a regular contributor to this program and a student who participated in Erasmus mobility during his medical education.
We also hear from Nieves Lillo, president of the NGO, Kasumai Elche. She tells us about the primary missions of her association, as well as the projects that are currently ongoing in developing countries, such as the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.
Global UMH Radio is presented and directed by Pablo Aliaga and Pedro Sáez, the latter of whom also manages the control room.
