NEW (February 23, 2026) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation hereby publishes the definitive list of applications accepted and those rejected for further processing, the provisional list of places assigned from the Erasmus+ international mobility program call for student study exchanges during the 2026-2027 school year, as well as the procedures for list movements and the auction of vacant Erasmus places.

 

 

Provisional list of Erasmus places assigned by UMH faculties and schools:

The period for filing claims by students is open February 24 – March 9, 2026, via the Electronic Office.

Students who are beneficiaries of an Erasmus+ place must present either their notification of acceptance or renouncement for the assigned place between February 24 – March 9, 2026, via the Electronic Office. If no acceptance or renouncement is received during said period, it shall be assumed that the student has renounced said place.

Once the period established in the preceding paragraph finishes, the lists will begin to move and an auction will be held to fill any remaining vacant places. The criteria established for the movement of the lists and the auction is defined in (Anexo III).

The dates and time for movement of lists and auctions for places are as follows:

IMPORTANT: If any interested party is unable to attend the movement of lists and public auction of places, they may authorize somebody else to take their place. To do just this, they must present the corresponding authorizing in addition to photocopies of the people who are both authorizing and that person authorized.


(January 22, 2026) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted and those rejected from the Erasmus+ international mobility program for student study exchanges during the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Individuals interested in filing claims or making corrections to their applications have through February 5, 2026, to do so. The steps to do so are as follows:

  1. In the Electronic Office, go to the section, mis trámites, at https://universite.umh.es/MisTramites.
  2. Enter your username and password as a UMH student.
  3. Enter the section, expedientes.
  4. Select the open file related to this call for Erasmus places, right click the detalle button, and choose the option subsanar/otros trámites.
  5. Fill in the section, expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición.
  6. Attach any documents/files, if necessary.
  7. Click, Presentar en Registro.

The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the call for the Erasmus+ international mobility program for student study stays during the 2026-2027 school year.

The deadline for submitting applications is December 22, 2025.

All required documentation is submitted via the following link:

– Click Tramitar
– Complete the online application form and click Enviar. A PDF form with your application shall be generated. Sign the application form and save it on your computer along with the remaining documentations that you are going to submit.
– Click Registrar Solicitud to gain access to the Electronice Office and attach all the following documents:
  1. Signed application form.
  2. Photocopy of DNI (or corresponding national identification), including passport or residency permit.
  3. Copy of academic transcript (not valid academically).
  4. Copy of language knowledge accreditation. Students who have taken a language level test at the UMH Language Center must submit a copy of the receipt of payment for the level test. The Service of International Relations and Cooperation shall then verify this datum and then attach the result of the examination.
  5. Curriculum vitae, if applicable (See anexo II Listado de plazas con entrevista)
  6. Buddy certification, if applicable. (Students who have requested the Buddy Certification via email to and are waiting its receipt, can make a screenshot that email or print it in PDF format and attached it as a file along with the rest of the documentation).
  7. Student promotor certification, if applicable.
