(19/01/2023): The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted, rejected, and those pending corrections from 2nd call for financial aid for student participants in international Erasmus+ mobility program for studies during the 2022-2023 school year.

Aquellas personas que deseen presentar alegaciones o subsanar su solicitud tienen hasta el 1 de febrero de 2023 para hacerlo, a través de la sede electrónica de la UMH siguiendo estos pasos:

1. Entrar en el apartado mis trámites de la sede electrónica. https://universite.umh.es/MisTramites
2. Introducir usuario y contraseña de estudiante UMH.
3. Entrar en el apartado “expedientes”.
4. Seleccionar el expediente abierto, en relación a esta convocatoria de plazas Erasmus, clicar en la parte derecha el botón “detalle” y elegir la opción “subsanar/otros trámites”
5. Cumplimentar el apartado “expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición”
6. Adjuntar archivo, en su caso
7. Clicar en “Presentar en Registro”

(25/11/2022): El Vicerrectorado de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche publica la 2ª convocatoria de ayudas para estudiantes participantes en el programa de movilidad internacional Erasmus + con fines de estudios 2022/2023.

El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será del 7 al 21 de diciembre.

El solicitante debe presentar la solicitud a  través del registro electrónico de la Sede Electrónica de la UMH, haciendo uso de su certificado electrónico o de su cuenta de usuario UMH. Para ello debe acceder al procedimiento BECAS, AYUDAS-Programas de movilidad internacional para estudiantes.

(September 13, 2022): The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche hereby publishes the provisional list of financial aid allocated from the call for support by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE) and complementary UMH aid for student participants in the Erasmus+ international mobility program for study stays during 2022/2023.

The period for submitting claims is open through September 26, 2022.

(June 3, 2022): The Vice Rectorate for International Relations has hereby published the definitive list of applications accepted and those rejected, in addition to the provisional list of places assigned, from the second call from the Erasmus+ studies program for the 2022/2023 academic year.

• Provisional resolution of assigned places.
• List of students who do not fulfill the language requirement.

Students now have a period of 10 working days to file claims, as well as accept or renounce the place (anexo III). If neither an acceptance nor a renouncement is received, it will be interpreted that the student renounces the place.

(May 18, 2022): The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the list of applications admitted, rejected, and those pending corrections from the second call from the Erasmus+ studies program for the 2022/2023 school year.

Individuals interested in making corrections or filing claims have through May 30, 2022 to do so. The steps for doing so are as follows: 

1. Enter the section of mis tramites from ELECTRONIC OFFICE (https://universite.umh.es/MisTramites).
2. Enter UMH student username and password.
3. Enter the section of expedientes.
4. Select the expediente abierto that is related to this Erasmus call, click detalle and choose the option of subsanar/otros trámites.
5. Complete the section of expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición.
6. Attach any files if need be.
7. Click Presentar en Registro.

(22 March 2022): The Vice Rectorate for International Relations has hereby published the list of allocated places, once all claims that are presented are resolved, from the first call from the Erasmus+ program for study stays to take place during the 2022-2023 school year.

Everything concerning the provisional resolution may be consulted by clicking this link.

Students who are the beneficiaries of an Erasmus+ place must present their acceptance or renouncement for the corresponding assigned place during the period beginning today, March 22, and through March 28, 2022, via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE. If no acceptance or renouncement is received, it will be understood that the student renounces said place (anexo III).

Once the period established in the preceding paragraph finishes, then the process of moving the lists and auctioning any places that remain vacant will begin.

The criteria for the movement of lists and for the auctioning of places are indicated in anexo IV.
