NEW (January 30, 2026) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted and rejected for processing from second call for the Erasmus+ international mobility program traineeships during the 2025-2026 school year.

Provisional list of applications accepted and rejected

Individuals interested in presenting claims or making corrections have through February 12, 2026 to do so via the UMH Electronic Office. To do so, they must follow these steps:

  1. Go to the section, mis trámites, in the Electronic Office, here: universite.umh.es/MisTramites.
  2. Log in with your UMH user name and password.
  3. Go to the section, Expedientes.
  4. Select the open file related to this Erasmus call, right-click, the detalle button, and choose the option, Subsanar/Otros trámites.
  5. Complete the section, Solicita, on the instancia general, and indicate the reason for this request.
  6. Attach any files if necessary.
  7. Click, Presentar en Registro.

(December 12, 2025) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the second call for applications for the Erasmus+ Mobility Program for training (STT) for UMH students for the 2025-2026. Individuals interested in completing and submitting an online application must do so, along with the remaining required documentation, via the Electronic Office. Once the application is completed, applicants must then click registar solicitud, which will directly submit said application via the Electronic Office.

The length of the traineeships may not be shorter than 2 months and not longer than 12 months per cycle of studies (understood as program cycles; i.e., bachelor, master, and doctorate) and these must finish at the latest on July 31, 2026.

Applications are completed electronically (online) via the Electronic Access of students (solicitud).

The period for submitting applications is open December 17, 2025 thru January 20, 2026.

The required documentation includes the following:

  1. Signed application (once completed electronically, the student must download it in PDF form and sign it).
  2. Acceptance letter by the hosting institution.
  3. Copy of National ID Card, passport, and/or residency permit.
  4. Copy of personal academic transcript (without academic validity).
  5. Curriculum vitae
  6. Copy of the certificate or document accrediting knowledge of languages.
  7. Learning Agreement for Traineeships signed by the applicant and the hosting institution:
  8. Credential of having been a MEC intern during the 2024-2025, if applicable.
  9. Affidavit or Responsible Declaration stating that you are not involved in any circumstance that might prevent you from being considered a beneficiary.

(July 22, 2025) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the definitive list of Erasmus+ traineeship applications accepted and those rejected in addition to the provisional list of awarded financial aid from said mobility program and modality for the 2025-2026 school year.

Individuals interested in filing claims have until August 5, 2025 to do so via the Electronic Office. The steps to do this are as follows:

  1. Log in to the section of mis trámites via the Electronic Office: universite.umh.es/MisTramites
  2. Enter your UMH student username and password.
  3. Go to the expedientes section.
  4. Select the open file related to this Erasmus place call, right click detalle, and choose the option, subsanar/otros trámites.

  6. Attach any files if necessary.
