Individuals interested in filing claims or making corrections have through February 27, 2023 to do so through the UMH Electronic Office.
(February 9, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted and those rejected from the 2nd 2022-2023 Erasmus+ Traineeship call.

Individuals interested in modifying their applications or in filing a claim have through February 1, 2023 to do. The process for this is as follows:
- Access the My Paperwork/Mis Tramites section of the ELECTRONIC OFFICE, https://universite.umh.es/MisTramites
- Enter your UMH username and password.
- Access the Records section.
- Select the open record related to the call for Erasmus places, click detalle and choose the subsanar/otros trámites option.
- Complete the expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición section.
- Attach any files as needed.
- Click Presentar en Registro.
(November 25, 2022): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the second call for Erasmus+ Traineeships for the 2022-2023 school year. Interested individuals must complete the application online, along with the remaining documents, via the Electronic Office. Once the application is formalized, click the “registrar solicitud” button that will take you directly to the submission of the documents by the Electronic Office.

The duration of the traineeships per educational level (there are three levels: bachelor, master, and doctorate) must be longer than 2 months but may not exceed 12 months, and in any case, the traineeships must conclude on or before September 30, 2023.
Applications are submitted electronically, via each student’s personalized access (Application).
The application period is December 7 – 21, 2022.
Required documentation includes the following:
- Signed application (after completing this process electronically, the student must download the PDF and sign it).
- Letter of acceptance by the company/firm/organization.
- Copy of Spanish National ID Card (DNI), passport, or residency permit.
- Copy of academic transcript (non-official variety).
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of certificate or document accrediting knowledge of languages.
- Learning Agreement for Traineeship signed by the applicant and the hosting business: model Anexo II (80Kb .docx)
- Credention of having been a MEc intern during the 2021-2022 school year, if applicable.
- Responsible declaration of not being involved in any circumstances that prevent becoming a beneficiary (document 238Kb .docx).

The list is available for consultation as follows:
(June 1, 2022): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the first call for Erasmus+ Traineeships for the 2022/2023 school year. This financial aid assists students enrolled in official programs at the UMH to undergo traineeships at any organization, whether public or private, within the participating countries. Interested individuals must submit their application electronically (online) and submit it along with all necessary documentation, to the Electronic Office.
