2020/2021 Call
The UMH Vice Rectorate for International Relations has published the first call for Erasmus+ Staff Training stays (STT) for this, the 2020-21 academic year.

The period for submitting applications lasts through February 18, 2021.
Applications may be submitted via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE (which is recommended while Covid-19 restrictions last), at the UMH General Registry, as well as the auxiliary registries at the Campus Management Centers on each university campus.
Call summary:
Stays for this call may take place through September 30, 2021.
Applicants must be staff members (PAS) at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, both those employed via labor contracts as well as civil servants. Applicants must also be actively working at the time the application is submitted and also during the corresponding stay.
Grants may be applied for to carry out brief stays outside Spain at established organizations within a participating country in the Erasmus+ program (Annex III. List of Participating Countries (170Kb Spanish .pdf)).
The stay is to be in accordance with the Mobility Agreement from Annex IV (115Kb .docx) (Training Modality) previously agreed upon with the destination institution. The stay must take place in a country that is different from the home institution and in a country is different from the country of residence of the applicant.
Stays must be at least 2 days long, but may not exceed 2 months in length. These limitations do not account for travel times.

The following documentation must accompany each application:
- Accrediting documents that contain the claimed merits.
- Letter of invitation from the destination institution. Any type of document may be submitted, either in paper or electronic, provided it is signed by the authorizing person and it expressly refers to the applicant and the training activity.
- Mobility Agreement from Annex IV, duly completed and signed by the applicant (this does not require a signature by the destination organization at the time the application is submitted).
