THREE NEW PROGRAMS ADDED TO THE UMH STUDY ABROAD OFFER

The Miguel Hernández University of Elche has added three new programs to its Study Abroad package, two specializing in communications engineering (Electronics for Satellite Communications and Wireless Sensor Networks) and one on regional food and the knowhow behind it (Mediterranean Diet and Landscapes). They provide specific training to international students while they integrate themselves into our Mediterranean surroundings.

These new courses expand the learning possibilities by UMH Study Abroad, which also includes the Mediterranean Cultural Studies program, and offers university students and instructors a wide range of possibilities for advancing their knowledge within the province of Alicante over various weeks. These three specific courses were recently presented at international events, including NAFSA and EAIE, in addition to during successive visits by the International Relations team to American universities. The programs in UMH Study Abroad are part of the initiatives to promote the internationalization and projection of the university.
