(May 22, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the definitive list of financial aid allocated from the second Erasmus+ program call for administrative and services personnel for the 2022/2023 school year.

(May 9, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the definitive list of applications accepted and the provisonal list of  financial aid allocated from the second Erasmus+ program call for administrative and services personnel for the 2022/2023 school year.

The deadline for submitting claims is May 10, 2023.

(March 10, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted and those rejected from second call from the Erasmus+ program for training for Administrative & Services Personnel (STT) during the 2022/2023 school year.

Individuals interested in making corrections to errors and/or filing claims have from March 10 – 23, 2023 to do so either via the UMH Electronic Office, the General Registry, or via the auxiliary registries found on the various university campuses.

(February 15, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the second call from the Erasmus+ mobility program for training stays by Administrative and Services Personnel during the 2023/2023 academic year. Individuals interested in applying for aid may do so through the Electronic Office of the UMH (https://sede.umh.es), at the General Registry or via the auxiliary registries.

The application period is open through February 28, 2023.

Stays from this call must be completed by October 30, 2023.

Required documentation includes the following:

1. Completed and signed application form.
2. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
3. Letter of Invitation from the hosting institution. Any kind of document, either electronic or paper, may be supplied as long as it is signed by the authorizing individual and it refers specifically to the applicant and the proposed teaching or training activity.
4. Mobility Agreement from Anexo IV, completed and signed by the applicant (a signature by the hosting institution is not required when submitting the application).

Steps to take when submitting the application via the Electronic Office:

1. Click Tramitar.
2. Introduce the username and password of UMH employee.
3. Fill in any personal information that may be missing.
4. When the Instancia general from the Solicitud section loads, choose:

– From the Dirigido a field, the Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales, Cooperación al Desarrollo y Voluntariado.
– In the Expone-Solicita field, indicate Presento solicitud para participar en la 2ª convocatoria del Programa de Movilidad Erasmus+ modalidad (and the corresponding modality).

1. Attach all required documents.
2. Click Presentar en Registro.

Individuals interested in filing claims against the provisional list of financial aid allocated have through November 8, 2022 to do so via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE of the UMH.

Individuals interested in submitting claims may do so through October 6, 2022 via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE of the UMH, the General Registry, and via the auxiliary registries on the various campuses.
