Call for 2025 – 2026 school year

NEW (December 22, 2025) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of accepted and rejected applications from the call for applications for the Erasmus+ program with third countries not associated to the program (KA171) for Faculty & Research Personnel (PDI) in addition to university staff for the 2025 – 2026 school year.

Individuals interested in presenting claims or making corrections to their application have 10 business days to do so over the ELECTRONIC OFFICE of the UMH by following the following steps:

  1. Enter the section of mis trámites in the Electronic Office at universite.umh.es/MisTramites
  2. Enter your UMH username and password.
  3. Click on the expedientes section.
  4. Select the open expediente that is related to this Erasmus call for places. Right click the detalle button, and choose the subsanar/otros trámites option.
  5. Complete the expone/solicita de la instancia general indicando el motivo de la petición section.
  6. Attach any necessary documents
  7. Click Presentar en Registro.

(November 25, 2025) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby announces the Erasmus+ international mobility program call with third countries not associated to the program (action KA171) for Faculty & Research Personnel (PDI) in addition to Technical, Management, Administrative & Services Personnel (PTGAS) for the 2025-2026 school year.

You may consult the requirements for participants, the assessment criteria, and all remaining information from the call in the complete text and in its publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV):

The period for submitting applications is open November 28 – December 12, 2025.
  1. Completed application form over the UMH Electronic Office.
  2. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
  3. Invitation letter from destination institution. Any document is accepted, either a hard copy as well as electronic, provided it is signed by the authorizing person and makes express reference to the applicant, the proposed teaching or training activity, and the mobility dates. 
  4. Mobility Agreement from Annex III, completed and signed by the applicant (the signature of the destination institution is not required at the time the application is submitted).
  5. Certification or accrediting document of knowledge of languages, if applicable.
