Call for 2025 – 2026 School Year

NEW (November 25, 2025): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby announces the Erasmus+ international mobility program call with third countries not associated to the program (action KA171) for Faculty & Research Personnel (PDI) in addition to Technical, Management, Administrative & Services Personnel (PTGAS) for the 2025-2026 school year.

You may consult the requirements for participants, the assessment criteria, and all remaining information from the call in the complete text and in its publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV):

The period for submitting applications is open November 28 – December 12, 2025.
  1. Completed application form on the Electronic Office.
  2. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
  3. Letter of Invitation from the hosting institution. Any kind of document, either electronic or paper, may be supplied as long as it is signed by the authorizing individual and it refers specifically to the applicant and the proposed teaching or training in addition to the mobility dates. 
  4. Mobility Agreement from III, completed and signed by the applicant and their superior from their department/service/unit etc. (a signature from the organization they are headed to is not necessary at the moment of submitting the application).
  5. Certificae of knowledge of languages, if appropriate/necessary.
