First call for 2022/2023 Erasmus+ Traineeships

Publicación Primera convocatoria Erasmus PrácticasThe Vice Rectorate for International Relations at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the first call for Erasmus+ Traineeships for the 2022/2023 school year. This financial aid assists students enrolled in official programs at the UMH to undergo traineeships at any organization, whether public or private, within the participating countries. Interested individuals must submit their application electronically (online) and submit it along with all necessary documentation, to the General Registry, auxiliary registries, or via Universede.

The duration of the traineeships per educational level (there are three levels: bachelor, master, and doctorate) must be longer than 2 months but may not exceed 12 months, and in any case, the traineeships must conclude on or before May 30, 2023.

Applications are submitted electronically, via each student’s personalized access (done so via this route: Aplicaciones/Estudios/Información académica; in the lower portion, where it says Programas de Intercambio,’ choose the option of Erasmus+ Prácticas).

The deadline for submitting application is June 30, 2023.

Required documentation includes the following:

  1. Signed application (after completing this process electronically, the student must download the PDF and sign it).
  2. Letter of acceptance by the company/firm/organization.
  3. Copy of Spanish National ID Card (DNI), passport, or residency permit.
  4. Copy of academic transcript (non-official variety).
  5. Curriculum Vitae.
  6. Copy of certificate or document accrediting knowledge of languages.

7. Learning Agreement for Traineeship duly signed by the applicant and the hosting company/firm/organization. See Anexo II.
