UMH signs framework agreement with Casa del Corazón and the Spanish Society of Cardiology to carry out joint training and research actions

This morning, May 4, the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH), the Spanish Society of Cardiology, and Fundación Casa del Corazón signed a framework agreement that aims to strengthen links between all three entities and advance joint training and research initiatives.

This framework agreement is born with the intention of eventually signing other subsequent agreements that will establish specific actions to be coordinated by the three institutions and in line with the objectives laid down today.

Attendees at the signing included UMH Rector, Juan José Ruiz; and Vice Rector for International Relations, Vicente Micol, among others. Attending on behalf of the Spanish Society of Cardiology included the institution’s manager, Dr. Blanca Miranda, along with its president, Dr. Vicente Bertomeu.

The Spanish Society of Cardiology is a non-profit medical society that aims to improve cardiovascular health within the population in addition to improving cardiovascular care. This it accomplishes by producing and promoting scientific and technical standards.
