2025/2026 Call

NEW (February 10, 2026) The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted and those rejected from the second call for applications for the Erasmus+ Mobility Program for training (STT) for UMH technical, management, and administrative & services staff for the 2025-2026 school year..

The period for making corrections and/or filing claims is open February 11 – 24, 2026. This is done over the ELECTRONIC OFFICE with the electronic file that is found at Mis trámites/Mis expedientes. From the file, click Detalle, and then the option, Subsanar/otros trámites.

The period for submitting applications is open December 17, 2025, through January 20, 2026.

Annexes of the call:

The required documentation is as follows:

  1. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
  2. Invitation letter from destination institution. Any document is accepted, either a hard copy as well as electronic, provided it is signed by the authorizing person and makes express reference to the applicant and the proposed training activity and the dates of the mobility
  3. Mobility Agreement from Annex III, ccompleted and signed by the applicant and the individual responsible from the department/service/center  (the signature of the destination institution is not required at the time the application is submitted).
  4. Certificate of knowledge of languages.
