(May 9, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of financial aid allowed for the program that facilitates mobility for teaching internationalization efforts at the UMH for the Destino Program for Faculty & Research Personnel for teaching in 2023.

The perid for submitting claims is open through May 18, 2023, via the Electronic office via the very electronic file found in Mis trámites/Mis expedientes. Click Detalle from the file, then  Subsanar/otros trámites.

Individuals interested in correcting errors or filing claims have from March 6 – 17, 2023 to do so, either over the UMH Electronic Office, the General Registry, or at the auxiliary registries on the various campuses.

The period for submitting applications is open January 30 – February 10, 2023.

Stays for this call must be completed by December 22, 2023.

The documentation to submit includes the following:

1. Application form completed and signed.
2. Accreditation documents for stated merits.
3. Invitation letter from destination institution. Any document is accepted, either a hard copy as well as electronic, provided that it is signed by the authorizing person and makes express reference to the applicant and the proposed teaching activity.
4. Mobility Agreement from Annex III, completed and signed by the applicant (the signature of the destination institution is not required at the time the application is submitted)

1. 1. Click Tramitar.
   2. Introduce UMH username and password.
   3. Fill in any missing personal data if necessary.
   4. When uploading the Instancia general, from the Solicitud section, choose:

– In the Dirigido a field, choose Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales, Cooperación al Desarrollo y Voluntariado.

– In the Expone-Solicita field, type/choose Presento solicitud para participar en la convocatoria del Programa ayudas a la movilidad para actividades de internacionalización – «Programa DESTINO PDI–Docencia 2023”.

1. Attach all required documentation.
2. Click Presentar en Registro.
