NEW (June 13, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the definitive list of financial aid allocated from the second Erasmus+ program call for Faculty & Research Personnel to teach (STA) and to receive training (STT) during the 2022/2023 school year.

(May 9, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the definitive list of applications accepted and the provisioanal list of financial aid allocated from the second Erasmus+ program call for Faculty & Research Personnel to teach (STA) and to receive training (STT) during the 2022/2023 school year.

(March 6, 2023): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the provisional list of applications accepted and those rejected from the second Erasmus+ program call for Faculty & Research Personnel to teach (STA) and to receive training (STT) during the 2022/2023 school year.

Individuals interested in correcting errors or filing claims have from March 6 – 17, 2023 to do so, either over the UMH Electronic Office, the General Registry, or at the auxiliary registries on the various campuses.

January 27, 2023: The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the second call from the Erasmus+ mobility program for the modalities of teaching (STA) and training (STT) for faculty & Research Personnel (PDI) for the 2022-2023 school year. Individuals interested in applying for financial aid may do so via the ELECTRONIC ACCESS of the UMH (https://sede.umh.es), at the General Registry, and at the auxiliary registries of the university. The period for submitting applications is open January 27 – February 9, 2023.

Stays for this call must be completed by October 30, 2023.

• Anexo III-b: LList of participating countries (for training modality)
• Anexo IV: Staff Mobility for Teaching
• Anexo IV: Staff Mobility for Training

The required documentation includes the following:

1. Duly completed and signed application form.
2. Accrediting documents for stated merits.
3. Letter of invitation from hosting university. Paper and electronic documents will be accepted, provided they signed by the authorizing person and make explicit reference to the applicant and the proposed Teaching activity.
4. Mobility Agreement from Annex IV, duly completed and signed by the applicant (the signature from the hosting organization is not required when submitting the application).

Steps to take when submitting the application via the Electronic Office:

1. Click Tramitar.
2. Introduce the username and password of UMH employee.
3. Fill in any personal information that may be missing.
4. When the Instancia general from the Solicitud section loads, choose:
5. From the Dirigido a field, the Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales, Cooperación al Desarrollo y Voluntariado.
6. In the Expone–Solicita field, indicate: Presento solicitud para participar en la 2ª convocatoria del Programa de Movilidad Erasmus+ modalidad……(indicate the modality you are applying for).
7. Attach all required documents.
8. Click Presentar en Registro.

First call 2022/2023

(October 26, 2022): The Vice Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) hereby publishes the definitive list of applications accepted and the provisional list of financial aid allocated from the 1st call from the Erasmus+ program for faculty & research personnel to teach (STA) and to receive training (STT) for the 2022/2023 school year.

Individuals interested in filing claims against the provisional list of financial aid allocated have through November 9, 2022 to do so via the Electronic Office of the UMH.

Individuals interested in submitting claims may do so through October 6, 2022 via the ELECTRONIC OFFICE of the UMH, the General Registry, and via the auxiliary registries on the various campuses.
